Yesterday I was in Montreal for a meeting. I brought my camera but I never had a chance to take a picture. So I found this typical Montreal winter scene on the web to let you see what I saw....ok, there wasn't quite this much snow, but I'm here to testify that Montreal is a very COOL city indeed.

So, WAS there snow in Montreal? Looks like good cross country skiing territory.....
ReplyDeleteYes. There was REAL snow in Montreal...just not as much as in the picture. When the plane landed, the weather report said "light snow," but if that much snow was coming down in Toronto we would certainly call it a snowstorm. But they say Montreal is the capital of winter. (or at least that's what I read on the web today.) Oui!
