Beautiful! I wish I was there, clamoring onto a subway train, rushing into a flower shop, picking up coffee and a sweet roll on the run...city living..sometimes I long for it.
Well, my morning was sort of like that....Amado and I watched telatubbies, then Wendy and I fed him and we struggled to get him dressed, we ran out with a sippy cup of cold milk, battled to outbound traffic, which seems just as heavy as the inbound traffic. I parked four levels underground, got the kid up to daycare, the ran for a subway, and zipped all the way back downtown for a chiroprator appt., grabbed a bagel with minutes to spare, zipped all the way back to my office, and viola, it's lunch time! (I forgot to pick up flowers though.)
Alma's Soulfood WAS mainly about sharing baby pictures with scattered family and friends. But now we've obviously given this blog over to the kid as he's grown older :-)
